Lindsay Timcke President and CEO
Co-founder of Viper Consulting. Lindsay launched his career in finance and banking at Citibank and Fleet, before merging his financial experience with advanced Information Technology skills. Not a newcomer to this co-specialty, Lindsay worked as an independent IT consultant for 12 years, leading large scale IT projects and initiatives, including stints with Liberty Mutual and Parametric Technologies Corporation.
Since the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, companies have contracted with Viper Consulting because of the unique set of skills and experience offered by our finance/IT specialists. Lindsay’s role has been to teach businesses the requirements and benefits of a more controlled IT environment. Lindsay has worked with a wide array of disciplines and has coordinated his efforts with most of the Northeast regional accounting firms, including the “Big Four”.
Internationally, Lindsay has worked with clients on Mergers & Acquisitions issues and training. In 2001, he co-authored a paper on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Lindsay possesses advanced degrees from Northeastern University and Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelors degree from Boston University.
